Job Description

We are now hiring for a Proposals Engineer ideally with an Automation background to provide Technical Sales support through the development of priced proposal solutions for new business opportunities generated by the Commercial teams and support the closure of these proposals by meeting technical and financial challenges.

This is a full time role and office based in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare bids, tenders and technical solutions supported by the engineering team as appropriate
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partner organisations and supply chain
  • Liaison with the Engineering team to establish and promote best fit proposals
  • Support the gathering of intelligence on customers and competitors and support the assessment of market opportunities and target market
  • To travel when required to do so throughout the UK and overseas
