Proposals & Procurement Coordinator

The Role

Cutler is seeking a Proposals & Procurement Coordinator to support our growing practice by leading proposal coordination and production efforts and overseeing procurement activities across active projects.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring proposals are organized, on time, and consistently high quality, while centralizing procurement processes and vendor coordination. The position requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with firm leadership, designers, and project managers. This is an in‑office role , based in our Vancouver studio.
