Creating initial direction of contributors and all members of the pursuit team
- Creating and project managing a share site and content/document structure of site (with PC support)
- Scheduling and facilitating the Proposal Storyboard Session
- Detailed review of the RFx, focus on requirements
- Setting and managing schedules, plans, contacts, deadlines, and progress monitoring
- Populating/updating, as required, the calendar of opportunity and major milestones
- Developing the outline and responsibility matrix, documenting requirements, and ensuring all individuals assigned are aware of the assignment and due dates
- Alerting pursuit team leads of staffing needs and other resources
- Overseeing the coordination of all activities with graphics, editing, and production/shipping
- Incorporating strategies, themes, and other material into the response sections
- Ensuring questions have a clearly articulated response in document
