We’re looking for a Proposition Development Manager to join our team.

As we work to deliver our People and Nature Thriving strategy to 2035, this is a pivotal time for fundraising growth at the National Trust. Last year, a new proposition development team was established in recognition of the need to build compelling packages of support upstream in the engagement of funders at all levels. One year in, the team operates on high challenge and high support, working in lockstep with one another to drive change at the Trust. Your contractual location will be our Head Office in Swindon. However, there is flexibility on where you are based. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
