PROS CPQ

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PROS CPQ/Pricing Developer to join our digital solutions team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing PROS Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Smart Price Optimization & Management (SPOM) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable pricing and quoting solutions that drive business efficiency and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using PROS CPQ and Pricing platforms.
• Configure pricing strategies, rules, and workflows within PROS.
• Integrate PROS with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines for pricing and quoting automation.
• Optimize pricing models using PROS Smart Price Optimization tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing logic, configuration, and performance.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of overall experience in software development or enterprise application implementation.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with PROS CPQ and/or PROS Pricing solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of pricing models, quote-to-cash processes, and sales operations.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• PROS certification (CPQ or Pricing).
• Experience in B2B or manufacturing domains.
