As part of the Regional Security Services team, the Protective Services Supervisor is an experienced security leader that will supervise a team of Healthcare Protection Officers (HPO) in Northern California for a leading healthcare provider. The PSPM, will lead an HPO team on their primary mission of protecting patients, visitors and staff from violence and criminal activity. In addition to their stated primary mission, the Protective Services Supervisor will also perform professional and supervisory duties related to the Healthcare Protection Officer (HPO) and Prevention of Workplace Violence (PWV) programs.
