  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

  • Proactive and willing to learn attitude.

  • Independent with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Possess good numerical skills, sharp analytical thinking.

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
  • Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities.

  • Maintain and update contract documents and records.

  • Assist Quantity Surveyor in preparation of documentation for pre and post contract.

  • Monitor and review all approval permits of statutory and regulatory bodies.

  • Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
