Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various voice telecommunication systems and services. It emphasizes both technical competency and customer interaction skills.
The Protégé will gain understanding of voice technologies (e.g. traditional PSTN, IP telephony, cloud PBX, unified communications), and the practical skills needed to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide technical support including installation, services, maintenance and conducting site visits, on Voice Telecommunication Solutions provided by REDtone such as Cloud PBX, On‑Premise IP PBX, SIP Trunk, media gateway, etc
- Assist with setup, configuration, provisioning and routine maintenance of voice equipment and platforms.
