Job Description

As a PROTÉGÉ Trainee , you will undergo a 12-month on-the-job training programme where you will be exposed to various aspects of construction operations.

• Assist project teams in site operations, coordination, and supervision .
• Support Quantity Surveying works such as measurement, costing, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling works, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Exposure to contract administration , claims, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and internal coordination meetings.
• Learn company procedures, construction methods, and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties related to construction operations as assigned.

Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees may be considered for permanent placement within the company.
