Production Planning CoordinatorOverviewPosition reports to the Plant Manager.The individual filling this position is responsible for accurate record keeping and computer information entry associated with Production Orders, reconciliation, and scheduling.
Utilizing SAP, shop floor, emails, tracks all outbound sales and disposal logs.Create daily production orders and distributes to supervisors and load out personal.Schedules inbound appointments of trucks for raw receiving and tracking raw receiving logs.Create purchase orders, receives invoices, & work with vendors to make sure they are paid in a timely manner.Yield tracking, inventory controls, sales volume scheduling.Reviews daily Standard Operating Procedures and forwards relevant information to the appropriate manager or supervisor and load out team members.Distributes Load sheets and pick up times via incom...
