As a Protocol Review Specialist, you'll conduct 20-minute consultative appointments with customers who've purchased our skin care and wellness products. Your mission? Guide them through personalized protocols that optimize their results, and their lives.

The Role:

You'll walk customers step-by-step through science-backed wellness protocols tailored to the products they've purchased. Using our proven permission-based selling approach, you'll identify when customers could benefit from additional supplements, products, or devices to support their beauty goals.

This process generates a sale on 40%-50% of the appointments, with an average order value somewhere around 2X what the customer spent online. So reps can sell anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000 every day, depending on their skill level and commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Non-Negotiables:

• Genuine passion for skincare, health and wellness - you'll live and breathe this topic daily

• Fluent English speaker - exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential

• Commitment to full-time work - 40 hours/week, usually Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST with opportunity to work weekends

• Commission-driven mindset - motivated by performance-based unlimited earning potential

Technical Requirements:

• Stable high speed internet (Octane Speed 20,000+: https://chromium.github.io/octane/)

• Backup system for power/internet outages (Mobile Handsets excluded)

• Reliable computer with working mic, camera, and noise-cancelling headset (Zoom-ready)
