Job Description
**Job Title: CNC Operator**
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate the Prototrak machine.
+ Read and interpret setup sheets accurately.
+ Load the proper program from a flash drive.
+ Set up correct tools and fixtures in the machine.
+ Zero out machine dimensional parameters.
+ Load and run parts based on job specifications, primarily using sheet stock.
+ Perform quality checks on parts using calipers and height gauges.
+ Finish and deburr parts using hand grinders.
+ Cross-train and learn to operate new machines on the production line.
+ Take ownership and guide improvements of the Prototrak line.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in CNC setup and operation.
+ Ability to read blueprints and use calipers for quality inspection.
+ Computer literacy.
+ Physical ability to lift 25 lbs.
