Prototype Assembler

Our client is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. They are looking for a Prototype Assembler for their facility in Lisle, IL. This is a 4-5 month project. 1st shift available. Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Pay rate is between $20-$22/hr based on experience. Prototype Assembler Duties: Detail-oriented personnel, fine hand assembly with multiple operations at low volume Ability to read prints and take basic measurements Comfortable with interaction with Engineers and other lab personnel, and maintain a competent level of technical discussion related to protolab projects. Operation of Hand presses, small machines, and comfortable with machine/human interfaces Maintain a clean and organized workspace Prototype Assembler Requirements: Soldering Skills Previous experience with Cable Assembly Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
