Job Summary Responsible for Diagnostics & Trouble shooting and In house Proto Development of HV & LV

wiring harnesses for 2/3 wheeler EV platforms

- BOM Verification before Vehicle build
- Test bench Setup readiness to verify EE components
- Functionality check in EE components before & After build,
- Trouble shooting Electrical concerns in Validation and build vehicles
- Build concern document preparation and report readiness
- Field failure analysis of EE Components
- Analyzing connector, Terminal Datasheets for Suitable component selection
- Coordinating with Build team for vehicle development activities

Key Skills Required - Expertise in automotive wiring harness design and development

- Knowledge on 48V and 72V Electrical system
- Knowledge on Wiring harness Schematics and Drawing.
