Provider Payer Credentialing Team Lead

The Provider Payer Credentialing Team Lead oversees the daily operations of the credentialing specialist assigned to each Account Managers in the US. This role ensures that all Credentialing Specialists are delivering performance based on the expectations of and processes of the Account Manager in-charge

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Team Leadership & Oversight

• Client Management: Monitor the performance of the Credentialing Specialists assigned to each Account Manager. Meets the Account Managers regularly and works on their specific requirements

• Quality Assurance: Regular audit of the output of the Credentialing Specialist

• Training: Onboard new staff and provide ongoing education on changes in payer requirements or internal software (e.g., Cactus, PECOS, Availity, Healthcare (CAQH).
