Job Description

The Provisioning Analyst supports account provisioning and fulfillment activities for cloud-based solutions while working closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, and enable user access and features
  • Perform product upgrades, renewals, suspensions, and account terminations
  • Review contracts to ensure fulfillment requests are accurate, supportable, and viable for provisioning
  • Develop and follow provisioning guidelines and work instructions to ensure accurate request fulfillment
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management, Marketing, and Operations
