Proxy & Security Engineer

Job Description – Proxy & Security Engineer (7–10 Years)

We are looking for a Proxy & Security Engineer with strong experience in Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Prisma Access, Fortigate Proxy, . The role requires deep understanding of network routing and security components including firewall policies, SSL, certificates, and PAC file deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize proxy platforms: Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Prisma Access, Fortigate Proxy.

• Manage firewall policies, SSL decryption/termination, and certificate-based security.

• Handle PAC file creation, deployment, and traffic routing logic.

• Troubleshoot proxy, authentication, and network connectivity issues.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access and consistent user experience.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in proxy/network security roles.

• Strong knowledge of routing, SSL/TLS, certificates, and web security.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise proxy deployments and policy management.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex traffic flow issues.
