We’re looking for a passionate **Experience** **Engineer** who loves crafting high-quality digital experiences at the intersection of **design and** **technology** .
**Requirements**
+ 3+ years of professionalexperience with **React.js** (experience with **Next.js** is a strong plus).
+ Strong knowledge of **JavaScript /** **TypeScript** , **HTML5** , and **CSS3 /** **modern** **styling** **approaches** .
+ Good understanding of **fronten** **d** **architecture** , **state management** , and **component-** **driven** **development** .
+ Eye for detail and **sensitivity to visual and interaction design** .
+ Experience working with **design tools** suchasFigma or Sketch.
+ Familiarity with **Git-based** **workflows** and **Agile** developmentenvironments.
+ Team player mindset with strong communication skills.
**Nice** **to** **Have**
+ Knowledge of **performance** **optimization** and **SEO** **fundamentals** in Next.js.
+ Exposure to **design systems** or **atomic** **design** principles.

+ Work with backend and integration teams to deliverseamlessdigitalexperiences.
+ Ensure best practices for **accessibility** , **performance** , and **cross-browser** **compatibility** .
+ Participate in code reviews and team discussions to maintain technical excellence.
