Job Summary

We are looking for a SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP PS solutions within S/4HANA environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure project-related processes are efficiently integrated with finance, controlling, and logistics modules, delivering high-quality and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS functional solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP PS in S/4HANA environments (WBS, networks, milestones, confirmations, settlement, budgeting).
• Lead or support SAP S/4HANA PS implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Integrate SAP PS with related modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and PM.
• Support project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and settlement processes.
• Participate in workshops, blueprinting, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) during developments and transports.
• Ensure solutions comply with SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Project System (PS).
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments (implementation or conversion projects).
• Solid understanding of project structures, cost control, revenue recognition, and settlement.
• Experience integrating PS with FI/CO is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Activate methodology is a plus.
• Ability to interact with business users and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• SAP PS Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration or ECC to S/4 conversions.
• Knowledge of EPPM, CPM, or SAP Portfolio and Project Management.
• Experience in industries such as Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or Professional Services.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
