Job Description
The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate service support to PowerGen Datacenters customers ensuring the proper technical capabilities, materials resources and tools. This role will create service quotations for customers (including maintenance or warranty) as well as provide technical customer support when needed.
• Opening, management and closing of Service projects
• Creating quotations and offers
• Opening, management and closing of Service tickets
• Collaboration in monitoring and control of Service projects
• Support in the management of warranty jobs
• Support in management and control of calibrated tools, special tools and other
• Support in management and control of logistics (i.e. suppliers, customs clearance, deliveries, receptions, invoicing, picking, packing lists, etc…)
• Elaborate technical reports to customers when requested
