PSP Implementation Specialist (Full remote within Spain)

We’re looking for a PSP Implementation Specialist to work with our dream team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.

As a PSP implementation specialist , you will be responsible for facilitating the integration and setup of a Payment Service Provider for various clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure a smooth and successful implementation process.

How will you make a difference

• Onboard new stakeholders by understanding their needs and support with the proper set-up in the payments platform.
• Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product and Support teams.
• Technical support for the new PSP implementation by being the connection between our technical team and the PSPs technical support.
• Identify potential improvements to our current implementation process and spot ways to increase internal efficiency
• Support the Implementation Manager by developing technical projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation and supervision of the full lifecycle process for new stakeholders by gathering requirements details and evaluate test case scenarios.
