Job Description
As a PSS Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving HR operational excellence through data, processes and people leadership. You will support management with reliable HR insights, ensure consistency across HR operations and help your team deliver a smooth and high-quality employee experience.
What you will do:
Lead and support the PSS team in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring service quality and consistency
Act as a key partner to management by providing HR data, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making
Monitor, analyze, and optimize HR processes across the employee lifecycle
