Job Description

Working with the UK's BEST Engineering Companies; the exciting role of PSV Driver Operations Manager has become available on a permanent position. The role will require the following:

  • Drive engagement with driving team and customers
  • Carry out driver appraisals and direct report appraisals and improve staff skills and identify any training needs.
  • Conduct any disciplinary, grievance or absence management reviews in accordance with Company policy.
  • Carry out return to work interviews
  • Ensure all drivers are inducted effectively.
  • Ensure that staff welfare issues are dealt with effectively.
  • Manage your direct reports in accordance with Rotala policies, standard operating procedures, and all relevant legislation
