We are looking for a compassionate and clinically strong Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide mental health care within long-term care and nursing home settings. Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York with specialization in Psychiatry (PMHNP). Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload of patients. Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
