Psychiatrist for Inpatient Director role for hospital employed opportunity in CT Job-8106
  • Seeking a experienced Psychiatrist for role as Inpatient Medical Director
  • Hospital employed
  • easy access to Bridgeport/New Haven CT
  • overseas unit as medical director- care team providers, and APRN who works on in-patient and med floor consults
  • Sees 10 pts minimum daily. Most day clinical time. Admin varies on unit needs or involvement in hospital committees
  • 14 adult only bed unit
  • work schedule Mon - Fri 8/8:30 - 4:30/5
  • on call Weekday evenings by phone only 1/wk, weekend on site rounding averages 1/month (additional pay for weekend on site rounding), could request more weekend on call for compensation. Also 1 of 6 Legal holidays on site rounding
