Psychiatry Hospital Employed – Northwest of Charlotte, NC

  • Hospital-employed practice seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join a collaborative and supportive team
  • Join an established program with 4 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Blend of inpatient and outpatient care, including a 38-bed adult inpatient unit and an outpatient clinic serving patients of all ages
  • Call schedule of 1:5, supporting strong work-life balance
  • Competitive base salary plus wRVU productivity model (currently under market review)
  • $30,000 commencement bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
  • 6 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of CME with a $5,000 stipend
  • Loan repayment options available
