Outpatient Psychiatry position – Located in Palm Springs, CA area. Group has 26 total clinics in 13 locations in Southern California. Monday – Friday schedule (8-hour shifts). This is not negotiable. Salary: 370K Experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred Permanent position. CA license is required. Must be board eligible/board certified. No visa sponsorship available. Benefits:
Sign on bonus $30,000 Bonus pay available. Doctors that average 3-4 patients per hour minimum will be in line for a sizeable quarterly bonus. Matching 401k Large PTO offering. 4 weeks-vacation from day one, all major holidays including Juneteenth and MLK day, and 60 hours of sick time (can be used for any time off) Full medical and dental insurance coverage.
