Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located with the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center & School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Responsibilities Translate oral and written results into meaningful information for a variety of personnel. Conduct complex psychological assessments of Soldiers and civilians interested in becoming SERE instructors or support personnel. Provide assessment supervision and mentorship/training to psychology interns, residents, graduate students, and contract psychologists. Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and capabilities of the student/trainee.
