**The Role**
As an intern in the EHS department, you will support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of initiatives that promote organizational wellbeing. This project focuses on enhancing employee experience across financial, workplace, and emotional health pillars, with a special emphasis on plant operators.
**What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)**
+ Co-design, implementation, and deployment of internal policies and procedures aligned with regulations and market trends, with an impact on employee well-being.
+ Collaborate on the implementation of leadership-focused programs such as Energy Leader and LAC.
+ Support the deployment and monitoring of emotional salary kits as part of the recognition strategy.
