We are looking for passionate individuals who would like to be part of our event-based team.
Role: Mind Care Facilitator
Type: Event based
Compensation: Paid per event. No fixed monthly salary.
Location : Kerala (travel to schools depending on bookings)
What you will do
• Book Appointments with Schools / Educational institutions
• Facilitate meetings with Schools / Educational institutions
• Work alongside the Loknaat & Associates team in planning and guiding event flow
• Conduct engaging psychological sessions for students
• Present emotional development concepts in simple and relatable ways
• Support activities that build confidence, empathy, and communication skills
• Participate in wellness programs that may include NLP based activities, mind–body exercises, ancient yoga techniques, and interactive group tasks
Who can apply
• Psychology graduates or students (final year also considered)
• Individuals with experience in counselling, education, or child development
• Those comfortable speaking to groups and handling classroom style interactions
• People who genuinely enjoy working with students and shaping young minds
• Ability to travel for events
