Psychosocial Youth Worker

About the Role:

As a Psychosocial Youth Worker, you’ll deliver tailored, non-clinical psychosocial interventions that support functional recovery across the Sunshine Coast region. Working closely with Hospital and Health Service early psychosis teams, you’ll provide holistic, youth-focused care that empowers young people and their families.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one and group psychosocial support to young people and their families.
• Deliver psychoeducation and practical strategies to improve mental health and wellbeing.
• Support re-engagement with education, employment, and day-to-day living.
• Build strong partnerships with health services and community organisations.
• Offer culturally safe, inclusive services for diverse communities.
• Provide outreach support across the region.
