As a Psychotherapist in the Therapeutic Community’s Clinical Team, you’ll lead group therapy, track residents’ progress, and ensure their risk of reoffending is minimised. You’ll play a key role in Therapy Review Boards, making critical decisions about residents’ next steps, and help uphold high clinical standards.
