Job Description

As a Machining Supervisor, you lead the technical execution and launch of gear manufacturing programs. You manage the program lifecycle—ensuring production readiness through Failure Mode Avoidance (PFMEA), optimizing investment efficiency, and providing the technical leadership necessary to resolve complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvement within the plant.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience:

  • Technical Expert: Mastery of GPDS milestones, Bill of Process (BOP) standards, and gear manufacturing technologies.
  • Quality Champion: Expert in Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA), PFMEA, and robust error-proofing.
  • Strategic Leader: Able to lead cross-functional teams and cascade the Ford OS Behaviors and corporate priorities.
