We’re now recruiting a Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie to join our established kitchen team.
About the Roles
These are hands-on positions suited to chefs who enjoy high-volume service, teamwork and consistent execution.
Sous Chef
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll support day-to-day kitchen operations, lead the team during service, and help maintain high standards across quality, safety and efficiency.
Chef de Partie
You’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistent, well-executed dishes while supporting smooth service and contributing positively to the kitchen culture.
