  • Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project
  • Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project and work closely with the relevant parties, such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc.
  • Take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from the construction activities
  • Ensure site employment complies with statutory regulations and company policies
  • Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
  • Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
  • Working closely with all contractors and taking proactive measures to mitigate all complaints arising from the construction activities
  • Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
  • Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required
