Responsibilities



  • Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.

  • Communication Skills: Facilitating effective communication between the Director and various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel overseas as required, ensuring seamless coordination and logistical arrangements during trips.

  • Representation: Serving as an ambassador for the company, presenting a professional and presentable appearance while interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Social Aptitude: Demonstrating excellent social skills to engage and interact with diverse individuals across various levels, fostering positive relationships and representing the company’s ethos effectively.
