• Handles and resolves conflicts, enquiries, feedback and complaints from client, consultants, building management, public, CAG, NEA and various stakeholders through e-mails and phone calls pertaining to the project.


• Maintains good support and positive relations among organisations, stakeholders and the public.


• Planning and launching of public relations programme.


• Responsible for the production of all communication materials related to the public relations effort.


• Maintains proper record of all public relation cases, correspondences and communication materials.


• Supports and handles administrative works.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with CAG.


• Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of PRO working experience (LTA).


• Diploma in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
