Role Overview
The Public Relations Director will serve as a senior local liaison for government relations, institutional coordination, and stakeholder engagement in Egypt and the wider Middle East region. The role supports industrial and modern agricultural projects involving heavy machinery by enabling smooth government–business collaboration and culturally aligned execution.
Key Responsibilities
Activate and manage relationships with government agricultural departments, local authorities, and financial institutions.
Act as a cultural and policy bridge, interpreting regulations and public sentiment while ensuring alignment with local customs.
Coordinate daily affairs including official meetings, receptions, follow-ups, and implementation tracking.
Expand project resources by introducing local partners, suppliers, and technical stakeholders across the value chain.
Requirements
Strong family or professional background connected to Egyptian government, public institutions, or capital networks.
Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, government affairs, or stakeholder coordination; agriculture/industrial exposure preferred.
Demonstrated access to government bodies, enterprises, or financial institutions.
Fluency in Arabic and English; strong understanding of Chinese–Egyptian business culture.
High execution capability, excellent coordination skills, and alignment with modern agricultural development goals.
