Responsibilities

  • Provide 360° communications support (internal and external) to Head of Department (Public Relations)
  • Work with key internal staff to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s communication strategies, and support various brand initiatives
  • Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team
  • Provide day-to-day execution of workplans, assist in operations review, and assist in monitoring compliance of communications framework/s and branding
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support and relationship management to Town Council’s Communications & Engagement Committee, including preparation of agenda papers, scheduling, and records keeping
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, social media accounts, emails etc) to ensure brand consistency, measure ROI and KPIs, and monitor social media trends
