Role Overview

The Admissions Officer will be responsible for end-to-end admissions management , serving as the first point of contact for prospective parents and ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming admissions experience.

This role directly contributes to the school’s growth and enrolment outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, referrals)
  • Counsel parents on curriculum, grades, school philosophy, and facilities
  • Conduct campus walkthroughs for prospective parents
  • Guide parents through the complete admissions process (forms, documents, timelines)
  • Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
  • Provide regular admissions updates to management
  • Support admissions drives, open houses, and enquiry campaigns


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu  (mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Confident, professional, and parent-friendly approach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up focused
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior experience in school admissions / front office / parent counselling  is an advantage
