Role Overview
The Admissions Officer will be responsible for end-to-end admissions management , serving as the first point of contact for prospective parents and ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming admissions experience.
This role directly contributes to the school’s growth and enrolment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, referrals)
- Counsel parents on curriculum, grades, school philosophy, and facilities
- Conduct campus walkthroughs for prospective parents
- Guide parents through the complete admissions process (forms, documents, timelines)
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
- Provide regular admissions updates to management
- Support admissions drives, open houses, and enquiry campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Confident, professional, and parent-friendly approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up focused
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in school admissions / front office / parent counselling is an advantage
