Job Description

  • Liaise with government authorities, agencies and regulatory bodies on site matters
  • Prepare and submit permits, applications and official documentation related to construction projects
  • Follow up on approvals, licences and submissions in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with site team, consultants and subcontractors on regulatory requirements
  • Represent company in meetings with authorities when required
  • Manage correspondence, records and submission tracking for site-related matters
  • Assist in resolving compliance or administrative issues related to site operations
  • Provide updates to project team on approval status and regulatory matters
  • Handle enquiries, complaints or feedback from stakeholders when necessary
  • Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple site-related tasks
