Job Description
- Liaise with government authorities, agencies and regulatory bodies on site matters
- Prepare and submit permits, applications and official documentation related to construction projects
- Follow up on approvals, licences and submissions in a timely manner
- Coordinate with site team, consultants and subcontractors on regulatory requirements
- Represent company in meetings with authorities when required
- Manage correspondence, records and submission tracking for site-related matters
- Assist in resolving compliance or administrative issues related to site operations
- Provide updates to project team on approval status and regulatory matters
- Handle enquiries, complaints or feedback from stakeholders when necessary
- Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple site-related tasks
