We’re Assembling a Core Team to Create Something Iconic


At I-PAC, we’ve always played big. We have helped India’s top political leaders win elections, transformed how campaigns are fought in India, and redefined how democracy operates in the country. In the process, we created an entirely new domain of political consulting.


Now, the founders are assembling an exclusive core team to build something that has never been done before, this time in a completely new domain. As part of this effort, we are looking for a Public Relations Specialist to join the Founders’ Office and shape the voice, narrative, and public presence of this new vertical.


This is not another PR role you come across on LinkedIn. This is about building from zero to one, defining how something is perceived, spoken about, and communicated before it even exists. You will be the main point of contact for all public-facing narratives, owning everything from storytelling and media strategy to thought leadership and brand communication.


What you build here will not stop at one vertical. This role sits at the very beginning of a larger ambition to build one of the world’s most respected communication studios in the future. If you want to be part of creating an institution known for clarity, influence, and impact, this is where it starts.


The role will require you to wear multiple hats including brand storyteller, media strategist, narrative architect, and hands-on communicator, while driving outcomes that leave a lasting impact.
