We are looking for a Publication Agent to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Tasks:

• Investigate publication issues related to custom indices and underlying instruments, identifying root causes and ensuring resolution or escalation with proper follow-up.
• Provide end-to-end support to the CInergy application, ensuring correct configurations across systems throughout the full lifecycle of an index (calculation and publication).
• Monitor and manage daily workflow executions, ensuring timely runs, handling incidents, and collaborating with development teams to improve monitoring and reliability.
• Work closely with QIS Structuring and front-office teams, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality delivery.
• Analyze failures across multiple platforms using tools such as SQL, Excel, Splunk, Camunda, Jira, Dynatrace, proprietary market...
