Publishing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Publishing Coordinator to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing content workflows and publishing schedules across video and audio platforms. This role is essential in ensuring our video podcast episodes are published on time, optimized for discovery, and consistent across all distribution channels. The Publishing Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Producer, Podcasts, and can be based in New York City or work remotely for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Publishing Operations

• Own the publishing calendar for multiple podcast series across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other distribution platforms
• Coordinate with producers, editors, and designers to collect final assets (thumbnails, descriptions, titles, tags, etc.) ahead of each release
