▶︎ Job Details ・ Job Title: Engineer – Network Tools & Automation (Infrastructure) ・ Client: Financial Industry ・ Working Location: Pune, India ・ Employment Type: Full-time ・ Salary: USD 35,000 – 50, 000 (DOE) ・ Working Hours: USA Eastern Time ・ Language: English ▶︎ Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end network automation frameworks and tools.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve network performance, reliability, and efficiency. • Implement automation for network devices using Python, Ansible, and related tools. • Develop and maintain documentation for automation and monitoring procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities. • Drive operational excellence and standardization across the network environment. • Lead monitoring tool upgrades and support related production changes. • Troubleshoot complex issues and propose automated solutions. • Mentor team members in automation and tool usage. ▶︎ The right candidate will possess: • Strong background in network automation and monitoring solutions. • Experience with network architecture and cloud-integrated environments. • Ability to manage multiple technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and documentation skills. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level networks. • 3+ years supporting network automation tools. • Strong coding capability using Python, Ansible, Git, APIs, CI/CD tools. • Experience with: Cisco ACI, Cisco routers/switches, Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM. • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, BlueCAT, Extrahop, Itential. • Ability to work in mission-critical environments with real-time trading systems. • Strong understanding of fault, capacity, configuration, and performance management.
