Eastern Time 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ・Language: English ▶︎ Key Responsibilities Virtualization Management • Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Horizon VDI environments.

  • • Perform provisioning, performance tuning, patching, lifecycle updates, and troubleshooting.


    Compute Infrastructure • Administer enterprise server hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, IBM).

  • • Handle new hardware deployments, firmware upgrades, monitoring, and break/fix operations.


    Storage Administration • Manage SAN/NAS platforms including NetApp ONTAP, SnapMirror, Dell VxRail, Nutanix, HPE Alletra, IBM FlashSystem, Pure Storage.

  • • Manage enterprise backup solutions (Rubrik, IBM Spectrum Protect/TSM, Commvault).
  • • Ensure data integrity, high availability, and disaster recovery preparedness.


    Security & Compliance • Maintain secure configurations, access controls, and compliance standards across virtualization, compute, and storage layers.


    Documentation & Collaboration • Create and maintain technical documentation and reference diagrams.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Network, Security, and Operations.


    Performance Optimization • Monitor system health and performance, implementing tuning improvements for reliability and efficiency.

  • ▶︎ The right candidate will possess: • Deep understanding of VMware virtualization and enterprise compute/storage systems.
  • • Capability to support large-scale, mission-critical data center environments.
  • • Strong troubleshooting skills across hypervisors, hardware, and storage systems.
  • • Ability to collaborate across infrastructure teams and document complex environments effectively.
  • ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with direct experience in virtualization, compute, and storage technologies.
  • • Experience administering VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, Horizon VDI.
  • • Experience with enterprise server hardware from Dell, HPE, Cisco, Nutanix, IBM.
  • • Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS platforms including NetApp, Dell VxRail, HPE, Nutanix, Pure, IBM.
  • • Experience with enterprise backup tools (Rubrik, TSM/Spectrum Protect, Commvault).
  • • Familiarity with monitoring and remote support tools such as Aria, OpsRamp, Lakeside, Splunk.
  • • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • ▶︎ Preferred Qualifications • Scripting and Automation (PowerShell, Ansible, Python).
  • • Experience in financial services or regulated IT environments.
