  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural, SEMH, or SEND needs.




  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.




  • Ability to build positive relationships with challenging or vulnerable pupils.




  • Resilience, patience, and a calm, reflective approach.




  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.




  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures and professional boundaries.
