FTE £27852, plus £1484 SEN (Pro rata £21556 +£1484)

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled practitioner to join our Pupil Support Team and enhance our provision here at Elms School. Candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to the school’s vision and ethos. 

All our pupils have significant difficulties with managing their emotions and behaviour and they require specialist help with their personal development. The successful candidates will be expected to listen to pupils and support them emotionally so that they can engage in learning. Previous experience of working with children or adults with challenging behaviours is essential. You will need to be emotionally resilient with a good sense of humour and an understanding of SEMH needs.
