Responsibilities:
Monitor purchase ordering processes whether placed through eRequisition or SAP monitor products/services availability, quantities, quality and delivery terms.Liaison with internal stakeholders to understand raw material, packaging and other direct items requirements and ensure consistent availability from the suppliers.Responsible for timely issuance of Purchase Orders to suppliers, Subcontractors and get Order Acknowledgement within the expected turn-around time.Coordinate with quality department and production dept for vendor's quality issue and get it resolved/Solved on time to avoid production line stoppage.Maintained Purchasing Parameters in ERP System on regular basis or on Ad-hoc basis for effective use of MRP Module.Monitor Stock level on periodic basis and take quick action.Prepare Monthly Purchase MIS reports.Qualifications:
BBA Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.At least 2-3years job experience in purchase function preferably in consumer goods industries.Strong in SAP (Purchase & MRP Modules)Interact closely with packaging items suppliers for execution of design, Price changes and ensure availability of materials in best optimum time.Closely Co-Ordinate with subcontractors and maintained subcontracting ledger on monthly basis.Monitor and control Purchase return process on monthly basis.
