About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase / Senior Purchase Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor development, and ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality supply of materials for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase process including indent review, RFQ, negotiation, order placement, and follow-up.


• Source and develop reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.


• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, machinery spares, and other requirements.


• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.


• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with stores and production teams to avoid shortages.


• Prepare purchase reports, MIS, and maintain documentation as per company standards.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.


• Work closely with accounts and logistics teams for invoice clearance and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).


• 1–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement within manufacturing or related industries.


• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.


• Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost control.


• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferred).


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
